These 3 optional workflows help agents combine the existing 14 tools. Read the host configuration to connect through MCP Streamable HTTP.

Discover and load when needed

Check the server's advertised io.modelcontextprotocol/skills extension capability. A supporting host can call skills/list and follow any returned nextCursor.
Use skills/get with a skill's SKILL.md URI to refresh its metadata and complete file manifest. Each file includes a SHA-256 digest and UTF-8 byte size.
The host verifies and loads a chosen SKILL.md through its skill-loading mechanism. Supporting files are read only when needed through standard resources/read.

Reading or downloading a file does not activate or install a skill. Activation and any approval belong to the host. On clients without the Skills extension, the files remain ordinary MCP resources; the existing tools work independently. The links below also let you inspect or download the same files over HTTPS, preserving the displayed folder structure for a host's supported local-skill installation.

Format and protocol

Skills use the Agent Skills file format and the MCP Skills extension. No additional top-level tool, account or local executable script is required. Each workflow uses user-supplied measurements, prices and assumptions.
