What Alfie does

Every calendar, one week

Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com, iCloud, any CalDAV server, and public ICS links. Two-way: create an event in Alfie and it appears in your own calendar.

Kids without accounts

Parents add children as profiles and keep their activities on the family week. Later, a profile can become the child's own account.

How it works

  1. Create your household and invite the family.

  2. Connect calendars and choose what each one shares.

  3. Ask Alfie, or just look at the week.

Privacy

  • Your events stay in your own calendars; Alfie keeps a synced copy to show the week and deletes it when you disconnect.
  • Calendar tokens are encrypted. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.
  • Write to support@alfie.family and your account and its data are deleted.

Common questions

Which calendars work with Alfie?

Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com, iCloud, any CalDAV server, and public ICS links. The first four sync both ways; a public ICS link is read and never written to.

Does Alfie change my calendar?

Only events you create or edit in Alfie, and only in the calendars you imported. Everything else stays exactly as you left it.

Can my children use it?

Children need no account. A parent adds each child as a profile and manages that profile's calendars from their own account.

What does it cost?

Alfie is free during the beta. After that a family subscription costs a base price for the household plus a small fee per member.
